Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using the Quandrel Graphics Store website. The site is operated by Quandrel Graphics Store, 15, Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 48058, Republic of Korea. Contact: +82-51-740-2211.
How terms and requests map onto the way we shop
The store runs on the same honesty rules as the rest of this site: a name is a name, and every figure is set in mono so you can check it. Below is the reading key for the state codes used on the timetable rows elsewhere on the site, and the opening row of our legal sheet — the rest of this page is written out in plain prose, section by section.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update the terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
The date shown at the top of this page is the revision you are reading. When wording changes, the sections affected keep their order and headings, so you can compare what you read last time with what applies now. If a change matters to a request you already sent us, we will answer it under the terms that were published when you wrote in. Requests handled at the counter follow the rules confirmed on the day of your visit, not a later revision. Questions about a specific clause are answered by phone or in person during opening hours, Mon–Fri: 09:00–18:00.
Purpose of the site
This site provides information about graphics cards and related components, and lets visitors submit stock and compatibility requests. It is an information and inquiry site. Content is provided for general guidance and does not create a binding offer or a completed sale.
That distinction matters when you compare cards here. Model pages, the compare view and the buying guide describe what a card is generally suited to — resolution, memory, power and cooler size — so you can shortlist before you travel. They are not a quote and not a reservation. A price you read on a page is the reference we work from, not a locked figure, and it can move with distributor cost and exchange rates between the moment you read it and the moment you visit.
Nothing on the site completes a purchase online. There is no cart, no payment step and no delivery promise behind these pages. When you want to buy, the transaction happens in person at 15, Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, where the specific card, its condition, its price and any warranty terms are confirmed with you before payment.
Cards are compared at the counter the same way you compare them on this site — by memory, cooler size and power, not by a badge on the shroud.
Product information and availability
We describe GPU models and their typical use as accurately as we can. Specifications, availability and pricing change and may contain errors. Availability in Korea depends on distributor stock, and nothing on this site guarantees that a specific card is in stock at a given time.
What we can promise is the shape of the information. Memory size and type, the cooler class, the power connector and the approximate card length are listed for each model we carry, because those four details decide whether a card fits your case and your power supply. Where a manufacturer revises a board — a new cooler, a different memory configuration, a change to the factory clock — the page is corrected when we learn of it, and the correction is visible rather than silent.
Timing is the part we cannot control. A card that arrives on Monday can be gone by Thursday, and the same model can return in a different revision a month later. That is why the site asks you to send a stock request instead of showing a live number: a short check by phone or counter staff tells you what a page cannot. If a card you asked about is not available, we say so and offer what is, rather than holding a request open indefinitely.
Requests and inquiries
Submitting a stock or compatibility request does not create an order or a purchase. A purchase is completed only in person at the shop, on the terms confirmed at that time. Any figures shown before you visit are indicative. The four stages below are the whole path from a request to a card in your hands.

Figures
Days
-
You send a request No Online Indicative 1 2 3 4 5 6 ×
Tell us the model, the resolution you play at and your current power supply. You do not need an account, and you are not committing to anything by writing in.
-
We check stock and fit No Counter Indicative 1 2 3 4 5 6 ×
We match the request against what the distributor currently lists and against what the card physically needs — length, slot width and connectors. If two models do the same job, we say which one is the simpler fit.
-
You visit the counter No In person Indicative 1 2 3 4 5 6 ×
You see the card, the revision and the actual price before deciding. Nothing is held against your name beyond the conversation, and you are free to walk away at this point.
-
Purchase is confirmed Yes At counter Confirmed 1 2 3 4 5 6 ×
The order exists only once the terms are confirmed with you at the shop, including the price and any warranty handling for that specific card.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using automated means to extract content at scale. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
In practice that means three things. Do not hammer the request form with repeated or invented sends, because real buyers are waiting behind you in the same queue. Do not scrape prices, card lists or photographs for another site or a resale listing. And when you write in, give us the true details of your case and power supply — a compatibility answer built on the wrong case size helps nobody. Where we restrict access, we do it for a stated reason and you can call +82-51-740-2211 to ask about it.
Intellectual property
Text, images and other content on this site belong to Quandrel Graphics Store or are used with permission. You may read and share links to the content. Reproducing it for commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
Manufacturer names and model numbers appear here to identify the goods we sell; they stay the property of their owners and their appearance does not imply any sponsorship of this site. If you write an article, a forum post or a build log and want to reference our card descriptions, link to the page rather than copying the text. For anything beyond that, ask first — write from the contact page or ask at the counter, and we will tell you plainly whether what you need is fine.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
In plain terms: treat the guides and comparison pages as preparation, not as the final word on your build. Compatibility answers depend on the details you give us, and a card that fits one case may not fit the next. If something you read here does not match the card in front of you at the counter, the card and the person serving you win.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Busan.
If an issue arises, the quickest path is usually a conversation before anything formal. Call the shop during opening hours or raise it at the counter, and we will try to settle it there. Where a dispute moves beyond that, Korean law and the courts in Busan apply.
Questions about these terms
For questions about these terms, contact Quandrel Graphics Store, 15, Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 48058, Republic of Korea, or call +82-51-740-2211.
If your question is about an order in progress, a specific card, or a compatibility check rather than the wording of these terms, the shopping and contact pages are a faster route than a legal question.
