Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Quandrel Graphics Store handles personal data collected through this website. The site operator is Quandrel Graphics Store, 15, Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 48058, Republic of Korea. Contact for privacy requests: +82-51-740-2211.
It covers the two moments where we actually receive something from you: when you send a stock or compatibility request through our forms, and when the web server records an ordinary visit to a card or guide page. Nothing on this page is marketing copy — it describes what is stored, why, and how to have it removed.

Data we collect
When you submit a stock or compatibility request, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number and build information. That build information is what lets us tell you whether a card fits your case, your power supply and your monitor before you make the trip to the counter.
We also collect standard technical data that a web server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This happens on any page you open, not only on the request form. It tells us whether a guide page loaded correctly and roughly which graphics card series people are searching for that week.
You are never required to submit a request to read the catalog, the compare tables or the buying guide. Those pages work without any information from you.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your request and to arrange pickup where relevant. If you ask whether a specific card is on the shelf, the reply comes to the email address or phone number you gave us — nothing is sent anywhere else, and we do not add you to a promotional list as part of that answer.
Technical data is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages visitors find useful. If one guide page is opened far more than another, that is a signal to rewrite the weaker one rather than guess.
We do not sell personal data. We do not pass request details to card manufacturers, distributors or advertising networks, and we do not use them to build a profile of you across other websites.

Legal basis and consent
We process request data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and to take steps at your request before any purchase. In plain terms: sending the form is what allows us to answer it, and answering it may involve holding a card for you until you collect it.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may end our ability to answer your inquiry. Withdrawing is the same as asking us to stop working on the request — if the card has already been reserved for you, we will release it.
Withdrawing consent
Call the counter or write to us and say you would like your request closed. We will stop processing it and confirm that it has been closed, unless a legal or accounting rule requires us to keep the record for longer.
Contact the shopRetention
We keep request records only as long as needed to answer your inquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligation that applies. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then dropped in the ordinary course of rotating them.
If you would like a request record removed sooner, ask us — a closed inquiry with no outstanding order is normally straightforward to clear.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where a service provider hosts or supports the site, or where we are legally required to disclose it. Any such providers are expected to handle the data only for the purpose we specify, and only for as long as the work needs.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be affected by a security incident. If one ever does affect your data, we will tell you what we know and what to do next.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address or phone number above. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
-
Access — what do you hold about me? Open
Ask by phone or in writing and we will tell you what a request record contains: your name, contact details, the build information you sent, and any reply we wrote. Server log entries are not linked to a named person, so we cannot retrieve them for you individually.
-
Correction — something in my record is wrong Open
If a phone number, email address or a build detail was entered incorrectly, tell us the correct value and we will update the record. A wrong entry can also mean a compatibility answer that does not fit your machine, so correcting it protects the answer too.
-
Deletion — I want my request removed Open
Once an inquiry is closed and no order or accounting record depends on it, we can delete it. If a purchase has already gone through, the sales record has to stay for the period the applicable rules require — we will say so plainly rather than give you a vague answer.
-
Objection — stop using my details Open
You can object to further processing at any point. In most cases the practical effect is the same as withdrawing consent: we stop working on your request and close it. We will explain any part we are still required to keep.
-
How long does a reply take? Open
We aim to answer privacy requests as quickly as we can, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Please include enough detail for us to find the record — the name and contact address used in the original request is usually enough.

This page, at all times
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always published on this page, so the copy you are reading is the version that applies. When something material changes — a new kind of data, a new purpose, or a new category of provider — we will rewrite the relevant section rather than quietly adjust a sentence.
Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you disagree with a change, you can stop using the request form and contact us instead.
Related documents on this site cover the parts this policy does not: the Cookie Policy explains the browser-side technologies we use, and the Terms of Service describe the rules for using this website and buying from the counter.
