Write once, with your build details

You are standing in front of a wall of graphics cards and half of them will not close inside your case. That is the whole problem this page solves. A short message with your build details gets you a faster, more useful answer than a one-line question, because we can check the fit before you leave home.

Call +82-51-740-2211 during business hours and ask for a stock check directly, or send written details to [email protected]. Both routes reach the same counter at 15, Centum 1-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, 48058.

Three lines that get a reply
  • The model you want

Exact name, or the closest you have in mind

  • Your build basics

    Display, power supply, case clearance

  • How we reach you

Phone or email you actually check

What to include in a stock request

Give us the model you want and your build basics. That lets us confirm whether a card fits before you leave home. If you are flexible on brand, say so, because the closest available card may be a different one.

We would rather ask one follow-up than have you drive across Busan for a card that does not fit.

  • Monitor resolution and refresh rate

A 1440p panel at 144 Hz and a 4K panel at 240 Hz pull very different amounts of work from a card. If you are planning an upgrade later, say that too — it changes what we would suggest today.

  • Power supply model and wattage

The wattage number matters, but so does the model and the age of the unit. A 750 W supply from a good line and a 750 W supply from an old budget line are not the same bet for a modern card.

  • Case clearance in millimeters

Measure from the rear bracket to whatever sits in front of the card — a front fan, a radiator, a drive cage. If you are unsure, send the case name and we will look at the usual clearance figures with you.

  • Anything already decided

If you have settled on a brand or a cooler style, tell us. If you have not, we will list what is actually on the shelf that week instead of pushing one option.

Pickup and in-person payment

We are a Busan shop and our focus is local pickup. When a card is in stock, we confirm it and set a time. You pay in person, and you can inspect the card and its dimensions before you commit — open the box at the counter, check the length against your own measurement, and decide there.

If you are coming from another district — Suyeong, Dongnae, Gijang, or across from Gimhae — call ahead so we can hold the item and avoid a wasted trip. We hold confirmed items for the pickup time we agree on, and we will tell you if that window is at risk.

Compatibility questions we answer often

Most questions are about power and space. Will a three-fan card fit my case? Does my PSU have the right connector for an RTX 50 card? Can my old power supply run an RX 9070? Send the details and we will check. We would rather answer five questions now than have you return a card later.

  • Clearance

"Will a three-fan card fit my case?"

Send your case name and the measured gap from the rear bracket forward. Three-fan cards vary a lot in length, so the measurement decides it, not the fan count.

  • Connector

"Does my PSU have the right plug for an RTX 50 card?"

Tell us the model and wattage of your supply. Newer cards often use a different connector than older ones, and adapters are not all equal — we will tell you what the card expects.

  • Age of the build

"Can my old power supply run an RX 9070?"

Sometimes yes with a new unit, sometimes the supply becomes the limiting part. Send the model, the wattage and roughly how long you have used it, and we will say plainly where the risk sits.

  • Display target

"Will this card hold my resolution?"

Resolution and refresh rate together decide this. Tell us both, plus the games or work you actually run, and we will point at cards that make sense rather than the biggest one on the shelf.

    Before you buy

If you are still deciding between two cards, the Compare GPUs page lays them side by side on the same row structure, and the Buying Guide walks through power and clearance in order. If you already know the model, message us and we will check the shelf.

Why we never quote a fixed lead time

GPU availability in Korea moves with distributor shipments and memory costs, so a card that is here this week may be gone the next. Korean coverage in 2026 tied RTX 50 price pressure partly to rising GDDR7 memory costs, with Samsung and SK Hynix among the producers. That is why we confirm live stock rather than quoting a fixed lead time.

Higher RTX 50 models and less common Radeon cards are usually ordered on request. Tell us the exact model and we will tell you whether it is available, arriving, or hard to source in Korea right now. We will not promise a date we cannot hold.

If you want to read the current model pages before you write to us, start with the RTX 5070 overview or browse the full catalog. Both are ordered the same way, so you can bring the exact name into your message.

    How quickly we reply

We answer during business hours and usually the same day. Requests that arrive in the evening are handled the next working day. If your question is time-sensitive, call the shop number and ask for a stock check directly. Include a phone number or email you check often so we can reach you.
